Commissions payable on total transaction value (excluding VAT, delivery, service and/or extended warranty charges)

Transactions are validated once orders have been dispatched and the 30 day returns period has passed.

Commission for online orders and Reserve&Collect orders is paid on final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied including any post transactional discounts.

Untracked transaction queries must be raised within 90 days of the purchase date. Declined and incorrect transaction queries need to be raised within 90 days of the validation
