How It works

Great question! Earning money is as easy as 123. Just look through the site and take any offers that are of interest to you. You can do this from the comfort of home or even on the go.


When you complete an offer, you'll see that offer appear in the My Activity section of your dashboard under earnings. After a while (usually 24-72 hours) the status will change to validating.

Once an offer is validating, our advertisers will then check that you have completed the offer correctly, this normally happens quite quickly, however, in some cases this can take up to 45 days to be approved. However, fear not, you can continue to complete other offers whilst waiting for offers to be approved.

 

Once the advertiser has confirmed you have fully completed the offer, it will change from validating to completed and you will see the reward appear in your balance.

When you reach the £10 mark, you'll be able to request payment to your bank account or via PayPal. As if by magic you will then have the earnings in your account within a few working days! 

To be a member of custard you must be over 18 and a resident of the United Kingdom.

 

You must use your real name and details when you sign up.

If you're a resident of the UK but currently on holiday or out of the country you'll have to wait until you're back before you can sign up or complete any offers.

Nope! As soon as you've completed an offer you can shimmy on over to the next!

After you have completed an offer it should turn to validating within 24 hours to 7 days depending on the offer.

So, don't panic if it doesn't update right away.

Good things come to those who wait!

In most cases unfortunately not! 

The retailers that we use specify that the offers are for new members only. 

As you would have previously registered with them when completing the offer, you are not eligible to take it for a second time as you are not a new member (even if you register with a different e-mail address). This is because the brand pay us a commission for introducing you to their sites.  We then share this commission with you. 


We only receive commission for new members so if you have already registered with a retailer before, we will not receive any commission and so there is nothing to pass onto you.

The are some exceptions to this eg the Amazon Prime offers, so it is always worth checking the T&Cs before you complete an offer. 

We add new tasks regularly so there should always be something new to complete!

You can find a list of all of your offers in the My Activity section of your dashboard.

You can check on the status of each offer, along with your current earnings.

Simply refer your friends and you’ll earn a £5 bonus for each friend you refer that cashes out £10 or more.
So just to clarify, not only will your friends think you’re a legend for enlightening them about custard but you’ll also get some cash for it too. 
 
To share with your friends, click on refer a friend  -  You will see a long referral link in the grey box.  
You can copy this link and share it manually via Email, Text, Whats App or SMS.

You are rewarded for each person that signs up to custard via the link and goes on to cash out; so the more people you refer the more money you earn! 

Due to Data Protection laws we cannot tell you the names of any referred friends or discuss their account with you.

In order for offers to be validated and approved they'll need to be in your name.

If you have a friend or family member who would like to complete the offers, they'll need to make an account in their own name.

Whilst many of our offer have no charge, for some of the offers the retailer may ask you to sign up for a free trial or a reduced price subscription for a trial period.  

You do not have to sign up to or continue with any subscription unless you want to, we don't encourage you to sign up for something you don't really want!

Only sign up to a service if you want to use it. custard is a great way to get little bit back on top of your free or discounted trial. If at the end of the trial you decide the service isn't for you just simply cancel with the advertiser to avoid any extra charges. Sometimes, in the offer T&Cs, it will state you need to complete the trial in full to get your reward, if this is the case it will also be made clear to you. As long as you have fulfilled the terms and conditions your offer should automatically update. 

Here's an example:

an offer may ask you to sign up for a free 7 day trial.  Please be aware that by registering for their free trial you may also be signing up to a subscription that starts when the free trial ends, this should be explained in the retailer's terms and conditions.

 
For the offer to update you only need to stay a member for the 7 day free trial.  You must stay a member for the entire 7 days for the offer to update but you may cancel the subscription on the 7th day and you will not be charged by the advertiser.


Many of our users write themselves a note in their calendars to remind them to cancel any subscriptions they don't wish to continue with.  You must contact the retailer directly to cancel a trial or subscription, we cannot do it for you.

Your Offers should turn to validating within 48 hours of you taking the offer.  Validating offers take time to become completed while the retailers do their checks but you don't need to keep your subscription longer than the specified days, unless you want to!

Many of our members have discovered fantastic new products they may not have come across before such as Simply Cook. 

If you have been charged by the retailer you will need to contact them to discuss it further, we have no access or control over their systems.

There may be a few reasons why you can't log in.  Have you double checked you are using the correct email address?  

If you have a Gmail account, try using Googlemail instead of Gmail.

If you have not accessed your account for 6 months then it will be automatically closed. This is as per the terms and conditions of the site. Don't worry, we will email you two weeks beforehand to remind you.

If you have been active on your account in the past six months and are unable to log in, please  just let us know on members@joincustard.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

 

As much as we would love to help, all of the offers on custard are through 3rd parties (i.e. we don't actually own the offers).

 

If you have signed up to any offers via custard then you will have to contact those advertisers directly to cancel a service, end a subscription or unsubscribe from their communications. Similarly, if you have made a purchase and wish to arrange a refund you will need to contact the retailer directly.

As custard works as an introducer to the retailers, this means that we have no control or access to their systems and due to GDPR they will not discuss your account with us.

My Offers

After you have completed an offer it will change to validating, please be aware offers can take up to 2 working days to update. (gambling offers can take up to 7 days) .

If an offer is validating, this means the offer is tracking correctly! 
You can sit back and relax as there is nothing more you need to do!  This is because we are waiting for the Advertiser to confirm the offer. You can check how many days the offer will be validating for in the offer T&Cs.  This could be as little as 24 hours or up to 120 days depending on the offer. In the meantime, you can continue taking more offers 😁

After the offer has been approved by the retailer it will then change to confirmed, and the reward for completing the offer will  be reflected in your available earnings. 

If your offer is showing as validating, you don't need to raise a ticket.
 

 

You need to log into submit a ticket

It can take 2 working days for an offer to update after you have completed it. (Gambling offers can take up to 7 days)  If it has been more than this and it's still not validating, just let us know!

So things don't get confusing, please let us know about just 1 offer at a time - you may create multiple tickets if needed.

Information we need:

In order to get your offer updated we need to see proof that you have completed the offer in full as per the terms and conditions shown on the offer.

Non-Gambling offer -
Please provide a screenshot like a welcome email.
Make sure that your name, the retailer, and the time and date of receipt are shown.

Gambling offer -
Please provide 4 screenshots. 
           1 - Your account page showing both your and the retailer's name.
           2 - Confirmation of the time and date of your deposit.
           3 - The time and date of the play history.

App or game download offer -
Please provide 2 screenshots. 
           1 - a screenshot from the app store or history to show the date you downloaded the app.
           2 - a screenshot to show you have reached the required level or played the specified amount of time.
         
Once we’ve received this we can look into updating your offer.  We aim to get back to you within 2 working days.

If your offer is not showing on this list then it has not been registered as being clicked on and we cannot do anything further.

Please ensure you are not using a VPN, adblocker or iCloud Private Relay as this can stop your tasks from tracking and we will not be able to update these for you. 

 

If you are unable to select an offer you may need to try refreshing the page (Ctrl + F5) or clearing your history in your browser settings. 

If this doesn’t work try logging in on a different device using 4G to see if you get the same problem.

If there is no EARN Button, then the offer is no longer available. 

 

Please also remember that custard is only available to UK residents.


If all the above fails or the offer link goes to the wrong page then please let us know the offer / advertiser using the submit ticket button below.

There could be a couple of reason for this: 

1. It is a no reward offer:

Some of the offers on custard do not have any reward / cashback from us. 

The only bonus offered is offered by the advertiser and we've just added it to the site because we think it's too good a deal to miss! 

This wil be made clear on the offer instructions and in the T&Cs of the offer.

 

2. It is a cashback offer on a purchase:

In order for cashback on purchases to appear in your account, several systems need to speak to each other.

So, give it 2 working days for the cashback to appear in your account correctly, if it's still not showing after 2 working days, just let us know and we will take a look for you.

Much as we would love to help, all of the offers here are through our partner Torox. If you have problems with any of these offers then you will have to contact Torox customer service directly for help.

To see your progress, and for customer support for these extra offers please go to the Torox area of custard and click on the 'CLICK HERE' button.

But before you do, please make sure you have followed the Torox rules:

- You haven't taken this offer before (either through custard or direct with the advertiser).

- You have enabled cookies and disabled ad-blockers before completing an offer.

- You are not using a VPN or proxy server.
 

Offers are generally only rejected by the Advertiser if the terms and conditions of the offer have not been fully met. However, mistakes can happen. They’re only human after all.

We don't get told the reason why!

If you have an offer that has been rejected and you feel that you have completed the offer in full, as per the terms and conditions of that offer; then we will need to see proof of completion for us to investigate this with the retailer.

Information we need:

In order to look into this, we need to see proof that you have completed the offer in full as per the terms and conditions on the offer.

Non-Gambling offer:


Please provide a screenshot like a welcome email to show when you signed up.
Make sure that your name, the retailer, and the time and date of receipt are shown.

Gambling offer:


Please provide 4 screenshots. 
           1 - Your account page showing both your and the retailer's name.
           2 - Confirmation of the time and date of your deposit.

           4 - Your welcome e-mail with the time and date you received it clearly visible.

Game or App download:

           1 - a screenshot to show your awesomeness at reaching the required Level.

Once we’ve received this we can try to get your offer reinstated.

Cashing out and Payments

When you reach £10 you will be able to withdraw your earnings. Click on the withdraw button in your dashboard and you will be able to request payment to your bank account or via PayPal. 

When you're ready to cash out please make sure you have first added the correct payment details to your account as they cannot be updated once submitted.

We make payments 3 times a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and payments are completed by 6pm on that day. 

The payment run closes at 9am and any payments requested after that time will be processed in the next available payment run

All payments should be in your account by 6pm the day we make the payment.

We try to ensure that all payments reach you by the specified time. However, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as third-party payment service outages or additional identity checks required by our financial department.

 

If there is an issue with your payment we will contact you via the email you signed up to custard with.

From time to time our accounts team need a little more information before they can proceed with payment. 

 

If your payment is showing as being held, you will have already been sent an email from our team requesting further information. (Please check your junk/spam folders).

 

In the event of you not being able to find our email, please contact us for more information and how to proceed.

As part of our dedication to counter fraud, when sending your payment via Paypal, we may make a small validation payment of 1p to your Paypal Account.

The rest of your payment will follow and you can expect to receive it in your Paypal account by 6pm on the same day. 

If there is any issue then we will email you via the email address you signed up to custard with.

My Account

If you would like to change your personal details then please let us know by submitting a ticket.

Please be aware, we may need you to confirm your account before we can make any changes, this is to ensure it really is you asking, this is in line with our counter fraud procedures.

If your query is regarding an email change then please let us know the new email address you wish to use!

In some cases we may need to see proof of identity before we can make any changes, as per our T&Cs.

If you have not logged into your account for 6 months then our system will automatically close your account and any earnings will be forfeit.   

We will email you 2 weeks before the account is due to close to remind you. 

If you wish to stay a member of custard, just open a new account!   

Please do not use the password reset as it will not work.

We'll be very sorry to see you go, but if you are sure then it’s easy to close your account. Simply go to your account dashboard, scroll down, click on close account and follow the instructions.
